phone cannot connect to Vociemail server

I have a phone that is connecting over a site to site VPN connection.  When I try to access the unity server it says not host found.  CAn someone tell me what ports need to be opened to access the Unity voicemail server?

Hi Jaime,

I am running Unity 8.6.  Are the ports different for 8.6?

Also, There are a lot of ports for server connection and so forth on this list.  Any way you could point me out the ones I need for the phone to connect to the server?
