Hello,
I have an architecture where ip phones and CUCM are in two separate networks trough Juniper Firewall
Ip phones : 30.30.30.0/24
CUCM : 172.18.1.65/24
DHCP is configured on Juniper Firewall and it delivers option 150 which is CUCM's ip address
ip phones get all parameters from dhcp server but don't get registered to CUCM
i tried an ip communicator and it works it got registered to CUCM
Please advise

OK, are the phones already configured in CUCM??
Or do you have auto-registration enabled?

I tried two possibilities
Phone already configured on call manager and new phone with auto registration enabled
An ipcomminicator works with auto registration but any other ip phone works (7821,8851,8845,7931) work

I don't understand what you mean here:
An ipcomminicator works with auto registration but any other ip phone works (7821,8851,8845,7931) work
Assuming you meant to say those do NOT work, you'll need to drill down to sniffer traces and debugs to find out if the registration attempts are making it to CUCM, or not.
