We have CCM 6.0.1 and UC 2.0.1
I have a 7912 phone that then you call from another IP Phone it rings the normal 3 times and goes to voice mail. When you call from a cell phone of digital phone it goes straight to voice mail and the user does not even hear the phone ring. Does anyone have a solution?

Is it a DID or does the PSTN call come through an Auto Attendant or UC in any way? If so then check the transfer options for that extension's VM box. Check to make sure the transfer option is to send the call to the extension instead of going directly to the greeting.
Hope this helps

You said you have A 7912? Is there another DID that you can replicate this problem to? What exactly is the call flow.

The extension 8620 is a DID #. If you call from another IP phone it rings the normal amount of times and goes to voice mail. If you call from a cell phone or Digital phone it goes straight to voice mail. I have the DN for this 7911 in the "Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings"- with checks all the way down under the voice mail column. All the other phones in the call manager are set up this way also and ring to the device the set amount of times beofre transferring to vm box.
