Hi,
I have a customer who is using QM for Call Recording, for that to work we need to associate the device to JTAPI but what so weired is every time I add the phone to JTAPI it gets disappeared after 5 min or so . I've done it many times with the same results. QM logs clearly shows that device is not associated with JTAPI, when I go back to the CM after few minutes its gone.
Any idea what could be causing this to occur.
