Users have reported an intermittent issue that the keypad of the phone is very sensitive.
For example if I press 5 it will be "555". The main challenge is the issue is intermittent and not reproducible. Any one faced similar issue? Any suggestion to troubleshoot it?
Phone model: Cisco 7841
Firmware load: sip78xx.10-3-1-12
CUCM version: 10.5.2.10000-5
Is this happening with only a single phone or all the 7841 phones?
Two months back one user reported and now he is not experiencing this issue. Last week another user reported the same issue. This is intermittent and very rare.
I am working on site and I am using 7841 phone, however I’ve never experienced this issue.
