Compatible with in Cisco Unified Communication.
Is there any way to configure in CUCM without going to a thirdy party software?

No, out of the box you only get EM, FAC and CMC.

you can either use extension mobility feature for the Authentication purpose

or else can use Client Matter Codes and Forced Authorization Codes for Authentication on basis of route pattern
