We have a working phone-proxy setup. However, there is one phone that is not registering with call manger from phone-proxy. This phone registered fine on internal network and with our test DSL at office. When taken out to site, the phone is not registering. The CTL file was removed.
The show phone-proxy secure-phones command shows this phone connected but Port = 0
Interface IP Address Port MAC Timeout Idle
outside 184.xx.xx.xx 0 00ab.cdef.higk 0:05:00 0:01:22
This phone does not show up in the show phone-proxy signaling-sessions command.
I am having trouble figuring out what may be causing this phone to not register with Call Manager since it registered fine on internal network and test DSL connection at office but not at site.
All other phones on phone-proxy are working ok.
Thanks.

not the expert in asa configs..but usually using a packet tracer in the asa (available in cli and asdm) might help identify whats happenign with the specific traffic...

Real-time traffic is consistently showing the Teardown and Built inbound UDP connections
There is no other traffic for the 184.XX.XX.XX (IP Address the phone is coming from).
We have a number of other phone-proxy phones working ok.

Ended up being the DSL modem mode. As a last resort, we called the DSL provider just see if there was any packets being dropped or ports blocked. They let us know that the modem by default was in routed mode meaning that it is basically blocked all ports. They assisted us in switching the DSL modem into bridged mode and the phone registered immediately.
