Good afternoon, I have a big problem with the phone Cisco 7942G. In phone settings, I pointed out that I can come on the device into settings, but I can go into them, as I pointed out that I could not go through the web, but I can go through the web. In the end, what I set on the CallManager does not coincide with what it actually is.I did factory reset using keyboard shortcuts, removed completely from CallManager, changed the protocol for SIP SCCP, the same thing happens. Maybe there are some settings that I do not know. Thanks in advance. Sorry for my English

You need to check override checkbox to the right of those settings, then apply config and reset the phone for it to take hold. Without that box checked, the phone will inhereit the behavior from a higher level (e.g. common phone profile, entperise phone configuration, or product default).
