We just upgrade the firmware on our 7911 phones. When we look at the phones in CallManager 7.0, all of the phones are registered and are running the upgraded firmware version. However, when we look at the phones in RTM 8.0:
CallManager | Device | Device Search | Open Device Search | Phone
One of the phones shows:
DirNumber - 78112-UnRegistered StatusReason - Device InitiatedReset
Any thoughts as to why? In CallManager, the phone shows registered and with the upgrade firmware.

Hi Dtom,
This looks like RIS DB issue. Please restart "RIS data collector" on all nodes and see if it helps.

We reset the RIS Data Collector and that did the trick.
