If this parameter is changed to make InformaCast Fusion IP Phone panic button work, what will be considered the CUCM Default URL Authentication address? 

We have been told to change this to get our soft-key panic button to not return "Host not Found" but are reluctant to make the change so we do not break our Extension Mobility users ability to log into their phones.

Please advise.

The question is, how you wanna change it?
"Host not found" indicates, that the phone cannot resolve the DNS name in the URL. Either because the phone has no DNS-server assigned, or it cannot contact the DNS-server.

Simpliest solution is to the change to DNS name to IP address.
