Hi,
we have a phone with three lines. When we call on the first line, and a new call come in on the second line, the caller hear not a busy tone. What can i do ?
System:
Cisco CallManager 7.1.2.21900-5
Phone 7975

This is working as designed.
If you want three numbers allocated to one phone but only want one call to be allowed you could allocate one number to one line on the phone and then configure translation patterns for the other two numbers to translate calls to the number assigned to the phone.
You will also have to set the "Busy Trigger" on the directory number assigned to the phone to 1 (default is 2).

Hi,
your idea is good, but the probelm is then, that the person on the telephon dont know for wich company the call is. (The numbers are for three different companys in the office).
