I have a remote site telling me their phones, main line on 6 phones, chirp briefly. Using call reporting tool, I can see the DN gets a 1 second ring. It looks to be from Unity, but I have no idea why. They tell me they don't have any voicemail messages. Unity doesn't do this as a message notifier to my knowledge. So I don't believe it's that. It will happen 3 to 5 times in one minute, 15 to 25 second intervals. Then it just stops for hour(s), then happens again. I'm mystified. CUCM & CUC 11.5

Have you done an export of all your mailbox's then confirmed that no one has call back alerting on a mailbox that points to the main number?

I did the export as you suggested. Of the 667 users, the DN isn't anywhere except for it's own mailbox IDs. But I don't believe this is a callback. It's a split second ring and the user doesn't have time to answer it.
