After we upgraded our call manager to version 8.6.2 all desk phones have been upgraded to latest firmware, but whenever the network or power outage happened and returned back all phones show the loading screen, and only after hanging up or pressing any key it disappears and returns to normal screen
The phone model are Cisco 6921.
Appreciate if you can help me to fix this problem.
Definetly would be a good idea to file a TAC case for this.
What firmware are the phones running?
We have a reported known issue for DHCp exhaustion on this phone model during a network outage, perhaps you are seen somw symptoms of it. I dont have the bug id handy but I'll try to get it to you.
