Hi All,
I have 4-5 user in a call Pick Up group but 2 user complaint that when they try to pick up other user call "Pick Up" soft button doesn't work.
What can be possible reason.
I have done following verification.
1. Pick Up group configuration
2. Directory Number (to check whether each user has been added to this group)

Can you verify the Call Pickup config as per the following doc

Check for any overlapping unassigned directory numbers in the Route Plan report and delete them. You can also compare the settings of the working DN's of the pickup group with those that are not working and try configuring pick up group members on a different phone as a test. If all of this fails then you will require detailed callmanager service traces for a test call where pickup does not work.

Thanks Manish, It worked simply. I just created new test group moved user in that and it worked.
