Pickup Group not working with Hunt List, CUCM 15

Hello, I have a Hunt List where incoming calls are broadcast to one group containing phones A, B, and C, and then if those don't answer, the call gets broadcast to a second group containing phones X, Y, and Z.

All 6 phones are also in the same Pickup Group.

When a call comes in, A, B, and C are alerted, but once the call moves to the second group in the Hunt List (X, Y, Z), the first group is not alerted that they have the option to pickup the call (and if they try to press the Pickup softkey anyway, that fails).

I've tried modifying the Hunt Pilot to include the option for a Call Pickup Group, but that doesn't change the behavior. The phones are 9800 series. CUCM is version 15. Does anyone know the way to fix this? Thanks

your phone model 9800 series is very new 
and it's maybe because of a bug..

check latest firmware on cisco download page & make sure it's up to date..
then check again..
