I've got Linksys phone register like Sip with Call Manager 7.1.5 and everynthing works fine, but the only issue that I have is that I'm not able to use the Pickup Softkey. I configured the Linksys with:
- Call Pick Up Serv: enable
- Call Pickup Code:*36
In the CUCM I put the line in the same pickup group.
When I try to pickup the call I press the Pickup softkey and insert the right directory number, but the phone tell me CallEnd
Can you help me?

I have the same problem with Lynksys Phones and CUCM 7.1, Cannot call pickup. Please Help!

thks very much, is there another way we can do this, a workaround, a trick, calling to pickup number, etc? i'll appreciated. we only have linksys phone, we are migrating from asterisk box.
