ping timeout to UCCX 8.5 after restart

Hi everyone!

i am just having a strange issue with the newly installed UCCX on Vmware workstation.

Everything is just fine after the installation, but if i restart the VM for which ever reason, it become unavailable over the network.

has anyone faced that challenge before?

any help is welcome.

Hi Severin,

Check the VMNet setting,is it pointing to correct VMNet NIC of your  PC/Laptop? Also disable all other NIC on your PC/Lap Top except the one which is mapped.

Hello Severin,

Yes, I saw this problem before for UCCX8.5 installed on VMware and simplly all what you need is just typing

"set network nic eth0 auto en" after login to CLI interface...
