Hello, You will just need to upgrade the firmware as I saw this problem before and I found that CUCM is running an older version of firmware than the ATA190, which means you will need to install a newer version of firmware... Thanks, Hisham Karem

Hello Severin,Yes, I saw this problem before for UCCX8.5 installed on VMware and simplly all what you need is just typing "set network nic eth0 auto en" after login to CLI interface...Thanks,Hisham Karem
