PLAR on 9951 SIP phone

I want to give PLAR on line 1, normal line on Line 2 and speed dial on Line 3.How should I configure the same?

You can do it as you configure normal lines. its just that you have to give each line a diffrent partion, thats it. there should not be an issue on this, but do post in case you have any issue.

configure partion for PLAR and give the same patrion on the translation pattern for PLAR.

I have given separate partition for blank Translation pattern and separate CSS including that partition to line 1 .why the partition for line 2, normal line need to be different?Also on 3 rd line is a Speed Dial, which is a Speed dial phone button template, where there is no option to give any partition.Can  a partition be given to a Speed Dial button?

The lines don't have to be in different partitions, they only need to have different CSS. SDs do not have any PT or CSS, they use the CSS of the device/line.
