POE port down (Phone/PC) after pc reboot

Hi all,

I am experiencing a strange issue, hope someone has seen this issue before.

Switch port goes down after PC reboot , so Phone and  PC is not working functionally.

I am doing manual work around,  like remove switch and PC cable from the phone and connect only switch cable. After phone came up with power, connect back PC cable to Phone, Then it work until PC next reboot. is it power inline issue or something else?

I noticed in this behavior on Cisco 4506-E switch.

Kindly advice your recommendation to trouble shoot

What is your port config look like?  do you have any security config on the port config? what is IOS code running?
