Hello,
I'm on CUCM 11.5 and I have a DN that auto forwards every night at 8. We have to turn it off from the VOIP phone (8861's) every morning.
There is nothing setup in Call routing<Class of Control< access list, time period or time schedule.
Where else could the call forward be setup at?

AFAIK it can only be done by TOD.
If possible do an DNA at 8 PM and see the call flow.
