Polycom phone dialling issue

                   Hi,

                        Am having dialling problem with Polycom phone. Am able to register and make local calls. but not able to dial Long distance. I have not created any seperate dialling pattern.

CUCM7.1.3

5 digit dialling works

0xxx-xxx-xxxx works

00 doesnot work. After dialling 00 am getting fast busy

Any suggestion???

Hi,

Check the CSS of the line/phone, does it have access to

the partition that hosts the 00 route patterns

Hi,

      Thanks for your reply. It was not the problem with CSS. Polycom phones by default has only this dial plan: [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|.  I login to the web browser and figured it out. Thank you
