Dears,
Recently we deployed IPT for our customer to replace the traditional PBX system. Everything is ok except the POS machine behind the VG202. We find that the POS machine transmits slowly than in the PBX system. We use sccp between CM7.0 and VG202, MGCP between C3825 and CM, fax and other analog phones work well on the same VG. Modem relay has been enabled on the VG, anything else I missed?
Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Kirin

Send "show controllers E1" and "show network-clocks" on the router with PRI.

Hi bevilacqua,
Thanks for your reply. Do you think it's the slip problem? I am sure there is no slip error on the PRI line.

If no slips, then PRI is not the problem.

I think so.
Maybe the Modem Relay cause the delay? So is that better for me to change the method from modem relay to modem pass-through for POS data transmission?
Thanks,
Kirin
