In my organization, one of the secretary(1) wants whenever his manager phone is no answer or busy on Monday, Tuesday call should be fwded to her phone and Wed-Friday call should go to different secretary(2) phone.
To avoid creating Transl.patt , PT, CSS in cucm time of day routing, Is it possible to achieve the same via CUC 8? I tried using Call Handler, but first caller was prompted for greeting then transfered if mgr ph. is busy. Is there any other way ? pls. advice.
