Practise Lab for VoIP

Greetings,

I have bought a Macbook Pro and have tried to setup a lab (to practise and prepare for VoIP certifications) using GNS3 in VMware fusion but facing a lot of problem regarding the same.

Could anyone please help me with setting up the lab ASAP ?

There are lot of blogs and video's about the configuration of a Lab environment, you can actually use Vmware Workstation to achieve it. 

GNS3 does not support TDM, so you cannot test voice calls.
