I have a Cisco Presence 8.0.4 Integrated into a CCM 7.1.5.
Initially set two end users in the CM which were imported logearme Presence for a Unified Personal Communicator 8.5.3. Both users and service log in successfully operate properly. Then I created two more users who log in at the time of the application shows me UPC or password error.
I wonder if there is any licensing issue RESTRICTIONS by or for some other reason for the Presence logear only allowing me the first two users I created.
