Hey, we have a CUP 8.5.2 Cluster where we activate the High Availability.
Now we get the Warning in the Default Subcluster view that there is a Problem with HA.
Both nodes are in Initializing State and this state does not change. The HA checkbox is greyed out so i could not disable HA.
The troubleshooter shows no Problems and the dbreplication runtimestate shows that the cluster is correct replicated.
Are there any hints to fix the fault, any logfiles i can check?
A restart does not change anything.

Hi Michael,
Can you post a screenshot of the warning ?
Any other visible issues apart from this warning ?
How many nodes in the cluster?
Can you issue the following commands
show status
show network eth0
show tech network hosts

Hello Christos,
the Problem is solved. The Problem was the SIP Proxy Domain configuration. I found on CCO and in Michael Luo's book the Information that the SIP Proxy Domain is used for other purposes than DNS and it is not necessary that this Domain is exact the same as the "real" DNS Domain. Thats right for a single Installation. When you use HA, the Service Recovery manager looks for the HA peer by means of using the Hostname and the SIP Proxy Domain for a DNS lookup. As in our case the SIP Proxy Domain was not the same as the real DNS Domain, the lookup failsed and the State stuck in Initializing. After change of the proxy Domain it works.
best Regards Michael
