Presence Gateway

Hi,

Outlook calendar is synching with presence, but the status not changing to 'meeting' when busy. I can see the presence gateway shows 'unknown error' for account name.  I have checked and the username and password are correct. Is there any special permission in exchange we need to add for the 'impersonation' account? Such as 'organization management' role? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
