presentation before a call enter

Hello, How can I add a presentation in .au format, before a call enters to my ephone.

I have a callmanager express versión 9.1, the call enters using an FXO voice card.

the goal is that an outside call enters and the caller hears a presentation telling "wellcome, this is the line of Victor Lugo, in a momento you will be redirected.", and then the call enter to my extensión 1010

I have tryed with the configuration of IVR but I dod not succed

There is no easy out of the box way to do that, you would need to develop a TCL script for that, or route all the calls thru CUE/CUC and configure that particular routing for every single user.

Ok Thank you Jaime, I will try to develop a script, because I did not count with a CUE, and is only for a single extensión, I hope I can resolve this issue soon.
