I am running CCM 4.1.3 with SRST. In fallback mode, when calling INTO the PRI, I get a secondary dial tone. If I then dial an extension, it will ring the phone. What am I missing to allow a normal call from the outside to reach the intended DID? Thanks

Under your incoming dial peer, you need the command "direct-inward-dial".
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Believe you need to indicate the port under here as well. IE if 1/0 is your PRI, you need the command
port 1/0:23
under this dial peer.
Hope this helps.

If you do "debug voip dialpeer" and make an incoming call, do you see that the call hits the proper dial peer?
