Problem bulk with character arabic on CUCM

I hope you are going very well , i need your help .

I have a cucm v11.5 , and i would like to configure many phones SIP , with file bulk on arabic character.

but the operations does not worked .

you can finf in attachement the file and the error.

can you help me please

Based on the screenshots, it appears there are two character at the beginning of the txt file. Try backspacing before DEVICENAME.
