I have a problem with cisco 7962G phone.
These start to download the firmware, but only downloaded the "term62.default" file, and this is reset and no start, being inoperative.
Deputy photos.
Please I need Help, i have 10 IP-Phone with this problem.

Hi Juan,
Are you running CME or CUCM? Look like phone are no hitting the TFTP server.
1. Are phones getting the Option 150 from DHCP server?
2. Are firmware files loaded on CUCM or CME?

I would reconfigure the firmware files as they may be corrupt. Please see the below post with a similiar issue and resolution.

It seems strange that this corrupt file, since other phones of the same model successfully downloaded the firmware.

It looks as though the phones are receiving the Option 150 from teh DHCP server, hence downloading the default file. I would verify that the required firmware files are located on the associated TFTP server being used.
