Problem CUCM- HTTP Status 500

hello ,

I have a problem for conncter on the Web intérface (Http://IP) of sub-CUCM I have an error message: The  server encountered the year internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request

Please download the newer version of that COP file and install it again.

File is called

Rev 2 of COP file to address CSCvd49840 in CUCM 11.X. 
ciscocm.11_X_struts_2_3_32_upgrade_v2.cop.sgn

File is version dependant, please get the one for your current CUCM version

Hello Amar,

Please refer to this bug CSCve44018, as it is a side bug for the original CSCvd49840.

There is a note that states.

NOTE: Even with this fix, ciscocm.11_5_struts_2_3_32_upgrade_v2.cop.sgn will only work with 11.5.1SU1 and higher. If it is applied on any versions older than this, there will still be web pages that are not accessible. The only workaround is to upgrade to 11.5.1SU1 or higher and then re-apply ciscocm.11_5_struts_2_3_32_upgrade_v2.cop.sgn.

My version of CUCM is : 11.0  i cant upgarde directly to :

ciscocm.11_5_struts_2_3_32_upgrade_v2.cop.sgn.

In that case you should use ciscocm.11_0_struts_2_3_32_upgrade_v2.cop.sgn
