Hello guys
im making now B-acd system in my router but the database (Ephone-dn Mac Address) in the cucm server im using the router for voice gateway
when i make the command
pilot 8180
list 8181.8182
i have this message
number is not a normal ephone-dn or a *
i know he need the ephone-dn inside the router but my database in the Cucm server
i need to make every thing inside the router or we have b-acd system inside the Cucm server we can use it or we need to tell the b-acd system this ephone-dn not here go to the server

The BACD is actually meant to work with CME, not CUCM, that is not supported. There's a reason it's CME BACD.
you would need to use CUC, or a contact center for that in CUCM

Hi Aloabi,
CME BACD is not supported but that no means it won't work. You can't integrate both system directly, you need to forward extension from CME to CUCM Hunt Pilot.
Really I don't recommend it for a production system but for Emergency or Labs it could make the trick.
