Hi Guys,
I trying to create a new user in the Cisco CallManager version 4.2 and is appear the message:
"The following error occured while trying to load the requested page. Problem is executing fso.OpenTextFile()"
That can be occuring? Where is the problem?

DCD or AD integrated?
if DCD restart the DCD service, if AD rerun the directory plugin

did u upgraded from any lower version?
and check your disk space where CCM installed

ps.: Is AD active directory?

DCD = DC directory
AD = Active directory

My co-worker Danilo found the bug: CSCeg64265 Bug Details
ERROR: Problem in executing fso.OpenTextFile().
Description
When the regional setting (in windows) is not set to US English, customers running CM release 3.3 might get the following error
when trying to access the global directory :
"The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page.Problem in executing fso.OpenTextFile() ". But, there is not workaound to do or fixed. Is this can be the problem?
