Hello.
I have the following problem. We migrated to Cisco IP telephony platform, and we have the following phone models, 6921, 7945G and 7962.
In relation to the 6921 directory URL works Ok.
but in 7962 and 7945G says "host not found"
I've tried changing the hostname to IP address in> Enterprise Parameters, for example http://192.168.47.223:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp but still the problem.
Navigating parameters phones, in 6921 in their directory is;
Directories URL http://192.168.47.223:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp
but in 7962 and 7945G is;
https://192.168.47.223:8443/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp
my question is, does the https might be giving this problem? How to force the 79xx is http and not https?
Any idea?
Best regards.

Rob;
Check the xml file from a 7945G and effectively in
cucm2
says the CUCM hostname and not the IP address of cucm.
A query;
Changing the hostname of the IP and restart cucm th Trust Verification Service (TVS), could have problems with voicemail?. or is transparent to this case?
I worry about making the change because the CUCM in Production-
Because 6921 also says;
cucm2But do not have that problem. The directory works Ok.
Greetings.
