Hi All,
I have a hunt group in CUCM with 3 members, 1082, 1077, and 1075. I have set the algorithm in line group as "Top Down", and reversion timeout as 15 seconds.
The Busy is "Try next member; then, try next group in Hunt List". But still the call is not going to the second dn (1077) even when the 1082 is busy. It is waiting for 15 seconds to forward to 1077 even when the 1082 is on another call.
Checked, the line settings of 1082:
CFNA is 16 seconds to voicemail
Busy Trigger is set to 2.
Please help to solve so that the call will hunt within the members when any one of them is busy also.

Hi Prathyush,
First thing to keep in mind is that Forward settings on individual Line group
member phones are ignored if the call has routed via the Hunt Pilot.
I would try setting the Busy trigger to 1 instead of 2 and then try your
test again.

Thanks for the reply. But if I set the Busy trigger to 1, then the line settings (callforward noan/busy to voicemail) wont be working for separate calls coming to that extension. Am I correct.
If so, then it may create some problem with the customer.
