Hi, i have a CCM 6 and Unity Connection 2.0 with IVR,all work fine, but i try to connect the lines of the old PBX to FXO card, but when i try to call the line ringing but dont send to IVR.
This is part of the configuration
voice-port 0/2/2
timeouts call-disconnect 2
connection plar opx 3022
description Linea 3265323
caller-id enable
This gateway is configured in H323

do you already have a dial peer for 3022 and that DN configured in CUCM to go to VM??

i change taht and nothing.
but i execute this comand :
GW#sh voice port 0/2/2
Foreign Exchange Office 0/2/2 Slot is 0, Sub-unit is 2, Port is 2
Type of VoicePort is FXO
Operation State is DOWN
Administrative State is UP
The Last Interface Down Failure Cause is Administrative Shutdown
Description is Linea 3265323
