problem with IP Phone 6901 ?

I have problem with IP Phone 6901 , I got status DECEASED instead of REGISTERED.

I searched @cisco Forum and I got answer to remove ephone and reconfigure it again , I did that but the IP Phone disappear after that.

Now when I do #Show ephone 6901 , other phones appear and this one doesn’t appear however it appear in #show run & and however it had appeared later when the status was DECEASED before i reconfigure it.

Check network, update phone firmware and router IOS.

The project had been installed 6 monthes ago , Do you think that i should update firmware and IOS.

About the network , I installed another phone and it worked correctly.

The problem solved :

- there was problem in the switch however i tried another IP Phone and worked correctly.

- The switch is small business may have problems that change some configuration automatically , it will be another issue i will work on it
