Hello!
I'm facing some problems with IP phones 7912 in my CUCM 8.6 environment.
The IP Phones 7912 (only this model of IP Phone) suddenly reboots, activate SRST mode and begins to present delay problems. And all of a sudden become operational again.
They are running the firmware 8.0.4, but I've tried to change the firmware of some IP Phones on my network to the version 8.0.3, but they still present the same problem.
Does anyone have experienced something like this?

7912 is end of support, so its fw isn't tested for sure with cucm 8.6
These reboots mean a bug and because of this EOS . you won't have a fix

Hi Eric,
did you manage fix this issue? my customer also want to use 7912 on CUCM 8.6 with SRST IOS 12.4.

The Cisco Unified IP Phones 7902G, 7905G, 7910G, 7910G+SW, and 7912G are no longer available for sale, but they are still supported by Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

But as above said already, there wont be any bug fixes for this.
