I 've a problem with the CIPC 8.6.2 installation.
At the end of installation the cipc is displaiyng the following error (see the attached file).
can you help me to slove this?

Hi Vania,
The problem seems to be of Locale i.e. Language.It seems that CIPC is not able to downlaod the file from CallManager where TFTP is running.
Can u give a try downlaoding the CIPC again from CIsco Site of same version and uplaod the locale file onto Call Manager?

Hi Aman,
all IP communicator installed in Italy are working well.
I've three CIPC installed in another site and with these I've the problem.
The localization file it'ok (it's the default localization installd with the callmanager)

Hi Vania,
Is the other site , a different WAN site? If yes, can u cross-check whether TFTP server is accessible from this site or TCP /UDP ports are not blocked.
If no, can u crosscheck , if any PC based firewall is installed .Just try disabling it.

Hi!
HAve you solved this issue? I'm having the same.
CUCM 2 node cluster in v9.1.20000
CIPC 8.6.1 and some machines with 8.6.3 ( the latest version).
same result.
I've disabled Firewall on the machines. No Firewall running in between.
My machines are Windows 7 - 64bit installed in Portuguese.
Any hints?
