Hello all,
I am unable to register a 7911G IP phone with CUCM.
In the status messages there are two repeating errors:
17:15:23 Trust List Update Failed
17:15:59 TFTP Timeout : SEP40F4ECEF476E.cnf.xml.sgn
I tried to reset the phone to factory defaults and register it again but I have no success yet.
Is there anyone that can help with this one? Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Rosen

Hi,
what is your call manager version ?
regards
Anas

Well, the version is 8.something. The CUCM version should be fine, because the phone is able to register from another VLAN.
From the VLAN, that I am currently trying to register it, there is routing and no firewalls to the CUCM.

What system are you trying to register it to and what version?

The version is as follows:

Does the option 150 on the DHCP scope for this VLAN point to proper TFTP address? If you review the config of the phone on the phone display do you see proper IP address, and proper TFTP address?

That was my first idea... the DHCP option 150 is configured with the TFTP servers and they are visible in the network configuration page of the phone.
The call manager IP addresses are also visible in the network configuration page of the phone. However, I can see there that it is not specified which is the primary one and which is secondary.

This could be an ITL cert issue, can you delete all certs from the phone and see if that helps?

So, is the same phone working from different subnet/vlan as you described earlier? Do you have any other phones working on this vlan?
Chris

Nope... actually this is a new VLAN that we need to add to the existing setup.
Please find the log of the phone attached.

Is this secured cluster?
I see this:
EROR:updateCTL: ** Trust list update failed (have old TList)
Did you delete the CTL certificate as well on the phone?
