problemas con llamadas entrantes router cisco 2821(problem with incoming calls cisco 2821)

hi im having some problems when i try to do calls from an out source to the local numbers in my red, this not sounds,  its like we not do any call.

i check another configuration of this red and i note that this commands are left.

El problema ocurre en que cuando se intentan realizar llamadas desde afuera hacia la red interna  desde numeros externos, las llamadas no repic, solo suena 2 tonos y se cae la llamada.

That the problem occurs when trying to make calls from outside to the internal network from external numbers, the calls does not ring, only sounds 2 beeps and drops the call.

I'd start by running some debugs on the router to confirm the calls are reaching it. If not, call telco.
