Problems using BAT to update lines CUCM 6.1.4

Hello all

I have attempted to use BAT to update phone lines a newly created partition but when I run the update immediately it informs 0 records updated. I am trying to change the CFWD CSS to enable forwarding as at present a group of 250 phones have this option set to <none>.

Any ideas??

Sorry for posting this......although it shows 0 records updated I have checked the phones and the CSS changes have taken in the line configuration.
