Hi friends,
I have this doubt, when I reset a Cisco IOS Enhanced Conference Bridge by using the reset button in Conference Bridge configuration from my Call Manager 5.1.3. always I get an error in my voice gateway like this:
#sh sccp
Conferencing Oper State: DOWN_IN_PROGRESS - Cause Code: CCM_RESET_CMD
Active Call Manager: xxxx, Port Number: 2000
TCP Link Status: DISCONNECTING, Profile Identifier: 10
And this state remains indefinitely with no option until the gateway is resetted.
What I´m doing bad? Can I recover the conference bridge sccp state with no reset the voice gateway?
The gateway has MGCP conf but I´ve seen the same with H323.
Many thanks in advance to everyone.
Regards.
Pablo.

Pablo,
Have you tried "no sccp", "sccp"? Possibly an IOS bug?

Many thanks Brandon for your quick response.
I´ve thought on that but in this way I also disconnect MTP and XCoding.
I´m facing this problem with the release c3825-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T2.bin but I saw the similar problem with the same Cisco IOS for another Cisco Routers models.
If you know this IOS bug please let me know.
Many thanks.
Pablo.

Hi Roberto,
Unfortunately I´ve not found a related bug.
I´m pretty sure the matter is related to the IOS version. I had to reload the gateway because the state (in mi case) never return to Connected.
If you find the solution please let me know.
Really appreciated.
Regards,
Pablo.

Hi Pablo,
Thanks for the reply. I had to reload the GW as well to re-register the HW CFB since it got stuck forever.
I'll certainly keep you posted if I find either a solution or at least an unresolved bug.
Bests,
RB
