Hello:
I have a Cisco 1760 with CME 4.0, and have 2 FXO-M1 cards with 4 ports, 3 of which are in use for POTS lines.
When an external caller calls line 3 (on FXO-M1 3/0), as soon as the call is answered on the PLAR OPX shared line which rings to two receptionist phones, the call is disconnected on the CME but the outside caller continues to hear ringback.
I have tested a POTS analog phone into the demarc, and upon answering the POTS phone, the outside caller is connected.
I have checked the configuration of all voice ports, and they are all configured the same as far as I can see.

FYI the POTS lines are being provided by Comcast over an ATA/Arris device. I think that may be the issue and I am attempting to concurrently troubleshoot with Comcast.

FYI in case anyone is following, the problem was cabling from the ATA to the Cisco. Replacing the cabling fixed the problem.
