Product Upgrade Tool not found

I'm logged in, from Tools & Resources - Cisco I choose Product Upgrade Tool, and I see 'server not found' DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

Has this tool been discontinued?
Will it be available in the future?

PUT is no more  used. it has been replaced by My Cisco Entitlement.
