Hello,
Some jabber accounts are displaying the following: prompt New configuration was loaded, need to restart Jabber.
There is no change to config applied. Issue present only on VPN connections (Cisco Anyconnect).
Steps completed:
Exit out of Jabber
* Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Cisco and delete the Unified Communications folder
* Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Cisco and delete the Unified Communications folder
* Now go to into the Control Panel on the Windows Machine and click on Internet Options.
* Under Browsing History click Delete and make sure Temporary Internet files and cookies are checked at the very minimum.
* Then close all of your browsers and launch Jabber again.
Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.
