How do verify the product ID for Unified Communication Manager and Cisco Unity Connection?

Can you expand on the question? If you are looking for ordering information, you can get that from Cisco's website. Either from data sheets or from the Ordering link on the main page.

If that doesn't do it for you, then I need a few more clues.

If you are looking for the model of CUCM server:

Login via SSH and run a "show hardware" ...This is going to give you info about your particular server (model/drive size/etc...)

If you are wanting to find the exact version of CUCM your server is running:

Login to an SSH session and run "show version active"

OR

Login to the web admin page and it will tell you right there on the screen or go to the "Help > About" sections.
