Providing User interface for normal users on Cisco CME

Hello Team,

I need your guidance about providing user interfaces to normal users using CME.

We have some kind of work like assinging username and extension as well features like call forwarding which we want users to do it by themselves.

So its like prviding web link to users and they just need to click and do the changes there.

Can someone guide?
